As an organization, the Master Gardeners of Central Georgia allocates monies each year to help support a variety of horticultural projects in the middle Georgia area. Any person or organization requesting funding for a project must complete a written application and provide detailed information regarding the project. Organizations submitting applications must be non-profit and must not have political affiliations. They should also have at least one county-registered Master Gardener Extension Volunteer among their members. These projects must have an educational component to qualify and should promote and involve the community in gardening.

Grant proposals are accepted twice a year - February 1 and September 1. For more information, please contact our Grants Chair at grants@mgcg.org
