Our members are located in seven counties throughout Central Georiga: Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, and Twiggs. With approximately
165 members now, our Master Gardeners can provide information on everything from growing techniques, to the best plants to grow in our area, and how to manage and treat garden pests.
Our expertise isn't just in gardening, though. Our certified Master Gardeners have also been trained on other facets of horticulture to include: taxonomy, plant pathology, entomology, cultural
growing requirements, integrated pest management, wildlife control and much more. Master Gardeners may not always have the answer; so we work very closely with our
Cooperative Extension Offices to ensure you recieve the best researched-based information provided by the University of Georgia.
Each year our membership continues to grow. Our Master Gardners are a diverse group of people; and so are their interests. Here you will get a
chance to know our members and learn about their gardens and their interests.
